I can only comment on the differences between C++ and Java, but I understand C# is much like Java. I really like the way they didn't change anything unless there was a good reason for doing so, but the similarity can lead you into some subtle conceptual problems. If you are comfortable with OOD/OOP then the big difference is the garbage collection and the lack of pointers.
