At a previous job, one of our products was produced in asia, and came back with extra labels copied on cheap paper with blurry print. They thought they did us a "service" to make the devices "approved". The thing was that we had rather expensive aluminum labels (required for UL approval) but expected to be mounted at a different stage in the production/shippping phase. |
