If you cruise eBay for a good used oscilloscope, you're likely to end up much happier, particularly if you avoid dealing with Chinese vendors. Their culture is substantially different from ours and they have no reservation about selling you something defective or non-functional. That goes double for used instruments, BTW.
I have bought a lot of stuff from Chinese vendors, but will never, Never, NEVER again consider a used piece of test equipment from China. I've learned my lesson. RE |
