#171248 - That depends
Responding to: ???'s previous message

I have found it beneficial to leave some stuff to experts instead of bungling my/our way towards acheiving such expertise. Since I - and most others - is not an expert in reflow, I would always leave the building of boards to a contract house that specializes in such.

That depends on volume. I wouldn't dream of having my boards assembled by a contract house, when a large quantity for me is 5 off. Compared to the scare stories when SMD first came out, its child's play.
