I don't know whether you have conventional banking in VietNam, but perhaps PayPal can help. Take a look at their offerings, and see whether you can work with them. They do the currency exchange for you and will accept most currencies.
I'd be interested to know what you find. You do, of course, have to have a bank account. I have no idea whether that will present a problem for you. RE |
