#170032 - Don't they specify this in the first place? Responding to: ???'s previous message |

In the Good Ol' Days (sic), "logic-level" meant the 5V "TTL" logic levels.
Nowadays 3V3 and 3V are common for logic - also 2V8, 1V8, etc... So, when they call a device a "logic-level" FET, is there any general assumption as to what they mean? Or is it essentially meaningless, and you just have to check the Datasheet? Don't that specify this in the first place? what they mean by logic level , whether they mean 1.8V , or 5V etc . As far as I see they do specify be it Fairchild or others . -Ap |

My take on it is datasheet time | 01/01/70 00:00

No, they don't | 01/01/70 00:00

They do , chek this link | 01/01/70 00:00

I think that shows that they generally don't! | 01/01/70 00:00
