A good time was had by both of us. Considerable numbers of different beers were sampled, some repeatedly, and we even talked about hardware.
We visited Manchester Science museum to see the "Baby computer", and mementos of some of our famous scientists from round here - Dalton, Joule, Lovell, Blackett - and one we adopted - Rutherford.
