India is well-known for outsourcing. India is also quite well-known for outsourcing their problems to web forums.

I hope you have NOT mentioned this in hatred. So is my reply (not in hate).

Agreed.

But there are number of Indians who help out others on various forums.

From my experience:
The problem here is that, the population is high.
To educate them, sanctions are given to many schools and colleges.
But how many of them are having a really qualified staff is a big question.

The quality of engineers coming out of colleges is not good. So you can see, that most threads on this forum and other forums asking for "Give Me Code" are mostly newbies.

Every year there are almost 5000~7000 engineers coming out of college from my state alone.

But when they get 3~5 years of experience, they are good engineers.

Within those 3~5 years, they are exposed to work that they have never learnt before, so they look out for help on the forums.

I suppose forums are meant for this purpose. So there should not be a complaint, that "Indians are outsourcing problems to web forums".

Is it a problem that the Indians are posting their problems on the forum?

In fact it is a good sign, that there are so many users of those forums and products. Look at it the other way round. Forums and products are having such a big market.
