It looks as though he wants help in defining the problem and a set of requirements, devising a solution, designing an implementation, developing the code, debugging the hardware and software, determining a test strategy, and establishing a set of completion criteria.
He hasn't yet asked anyone to do anything for him, has he? Those demands come from other places, too. It's just that people in some parts of the world have different cultural biases about how to get a job done. They've learned that the egos at 8052.COM can't resist an opportunity to show off, so they exploit that weakness. RE |
