Why can't you just give your 2 EEPROMs different addresses - usually this can be done by connecting some pins high or low... 2 EEprom needs more program at AT89C2051 to read the code memory. I just thingking to manual switch code memory between that 2 IC EEPROMs. Needed only 1 configuration at EEPROM(code memory).
