yes and many USB adapters change that as well as no support fot DTR and CTS Obviously, if you write both sides yourself you acn do it, MOST USB adapters do transmit bytes at the specified baudrate (sometimes with gaps) and not much else. there is a thread at the FlashMagic forum that list some that work and some that do not.
