When it comes to security (read: money), never underestimate your adversary (enemy, opponent, attacker...).
He (they) potentially thinks out of the box: you have to do so, and in many many ways.

For sure, one cannot be paranoid enough ;-) And, of course, this is a good old case for compromise.
Unfortunately, there's no absolutely perfect solution, nor an universally usable one. Therefore claims for "perfect RNG" usually indicate a fatal lack of experience, at least.
