Thank you for the info. I like the KTY idea, but I cant locate the device. If you type KTY in Goggle, you get links to datasheet archives and all sorts of traders and bookers, but no manufacturer! A search on Infineon's website didn't give any results. Is these devices that seems well suited for the job, obsolete? I also like Michaels idea using a common 1N4148. Simple and cheap. But not in this case. Temp will kill it, and I need it in some sort of steel housing, so I can get in touch with the lubricant inside the engine. Thanx again, and have a nice day! Per |
