Digi/maxstream , Aerocomm , laipac , RFM are few I remember which provides such modules. Also check if you require XBEE modules very popular among hobby people.
If its difficult for you to Import , it would be good to find some local distributor first . If you want to make your own check Nordic semicinductor / Texas instruments site , very low cost but difficult/time consuming to get your prototype through.
