#161323 - Strange steps Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Hi again, as I said I'm using a 5.25 FDD stepper motor... recently I noticed it is giving some strange steps, some of them are bigger, other smaller, when I go forward then reverse it stops on diferent places... I noticed this after I installed a mirror in it, and a laser pointer. Is the first time I work with stepper motors, but I though it could be the coil order, so started to do many combinations, the best was the old one, the others is even more stranger. This is normal, or I'm doing something wrong? Thanks. |
