That is an entirely unrealistic deadline!

You can't really expect to "learn 8051 and 8052" in isolation in one week - let alone also learn about GSM and SMS, and also put all that together into a working remote control project!

What simulator?

Again, just getting to know your development tools - assembler, compiler, debugger, simulator, etc - is probably more than just a week's work.
Especially if you don't even know what tools you're going to use, or where to get them!
