Interesting, but I see no Debian-specific binaries (not that it's a guarantee of success - asem's debian package crashed the whole system, for example). I am *nux-noob enough to not attempt compiling it myself; besides, Eee has limited resources to install gcc anyway (I am not going to expand it - it's not worth for what I intend to use it). Jan Binaries are available through their website. The Linux x86 binary download is about a megabyte bz2 or gz file. |
