#156707 - Time to get them in, then? Responding to: ???'s previous message |

I finally heard back from the manufacturer and the only suggestion they had was to reduce the load to about 3 kohm because the transformer "doesn't like to be lightly loaded". Sounds like it's time to get one of their field applications guys in to look at this with you. There are often things that quickly come to light when you can see the complete set-up infront of you that would never be spotted in a thousand emails or phone calls! You said you're "not a transformer expert" - so, if they can't give that support, then you either need to find a different manufacturere who can, or hire a consultant who can do it without needing the support. |
