Hello Forum
I have been asked to do a controlsystem, which involve some PC programming. Being far from a programming expert, I have a single question: What PC programming enviroment would you buy? I would be nice if its cheap or free, simple to use, and dont have to be the newest and fanciest mega Pro manny $/€/£ package. I'll have to do a rather simple userinterfaces, which send some data out the serial port to my (8051) aplication. The PC end would run under windows XP.
