If you follow the theory of evolution, what you should say is that chimps are our closest realtives, and that we share a common ancestor:

Do you know there are different groups between the scientists with different belief ? over the issue . Set and Subset is not what I was concentrating on , its a matter of useless/endless/time killing , debate , I said regarding the "Genetic material" .Similarly firmware does shares the same 'DNA'(just example) with the software , but both the terms has been coined to have different meanings.
