Thanks for your postings. Well I was in fact referring to the IP ports when I said there were 65k of them. ( Was toying around with the www.grc.com site and tier ShieldsUp program ) The tutorial link that you had given on winsock, will have the required answers. Just opened it and before I could read through, there is this pesky client who says his HDD has crashed and last week back up was skipped. Enough pain for a week end. Will catch up later.
