#149292 - Right, Andy and Kaai Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Absolutely right is aying that they should complete the project on ther own. Rules are the same here also. But what I meant was the role of a guide. Generally, they will have a guide in the college. But unfortunately, too many students and too many projects introduces delays in the project. The guiding part, is agenerally not in terms of circuit design or coding etc., but merely in the flow control and certain directional decisions. These kids can do with little help like helping them decide as to what kind of projects are actually relevant, and the total scope of the project to be attempted at. After that, they complete the project on their own, but then the flow is cntrolled by somebody senior. Even in mighty projects, we do have project manager and director to oversee and guide. I do think that it is important to do projects on their own!! |
