I am working on a project which involves GSM and will subsequently involve GPS . My project is a SCADA based system where many panels located in different parts of the city are going to be connected to control room via GSM modem . This involves communication between panel and control room via two options SMS and GPRS . I have done comlete work as far as SMS based data transfer is concerned but it has limitations . I am working on GPRS based communication which will involve serial communication between Microcontroller and GPRS modem then GPRS based modem and a webserver hosting database for panel parameter . In the last database in a webserver will be used to generate reports and control of panel parameters . Four months time is sufficient for this . Your sister can work with me online and i believe it will be a mutually beneficial process for both . Besides this are other projects too in pipeline but i will prefer this . Hope it will serve your purpose.
