Well, Ap Charles seemed to think that 24 pins, "would be an overkill if one needs 2-3 ports to get translated"
http://www.8052.com/forumchat/read.phtml?id=148153 I was just pointing out that the discrete solution requires nearly that many leads for just 1 bit, would require more leads for 2 bits and far more for 3 bits!! |
