OH NO, please not, more people have been led astray by the "datasheet collectors" than actually helped. If you need a datasheet, get it from the manufacturer, if the manufacturer does not have it, the chip is discontinude, throw it away. A possibility fot a "Fast Counter with AT89SXX" would be to do the right thing and use a suitable chip instead of AT89SXX. There are chips in the SILabs F12x/f13x series where the timers can count up to 100 MHz. Erik |
