#147842 - 3v micro short Vdd to Vss |
Hi All,
I had a tray of 3v micro's back from the boadloader and 20 of about 80 had a dead short between Vdd and Vss (3ohms). Any idea of what could of caused it? (assuming the tray was a fresh one from a official distributor) ESD? Board loader improper handling? Vdd Transient on power up? Any ideas and experiences you have to share would be appreciated Joe |
