Yes, there's a bit of stuff about Motorola's ECL devices, but, for the most part, it's about how to control the behavior of signal on a PCB. While few of us are likely to use ECL in the future, the principles of signal integrity management, like mathematics and physics, haven't changed just because the technology has evolved.
