For our stolen vehicle tracking,obviously we dont do any mapping but they use a SAM7 the same as our main processor.One of the issues Ive got with the current design is we have 9 processors of various types ranging from atmel mega 88's to arm7 and arm9s I am sure we could do the mapping pretty quickly if we wanted to.
