Sometimes the answer is the most obvious approach...(Occam's razor)
Perhaps the green LED's are on more often, and thus wear out more often, than the other colors. Perhaps the lights you notice are on the main thorough-fare. Typically, traffic analysts bias the direction, and thus the on-time of the lights, for nominal flow... Just a guess, of course... -db |
