I've been sending various code to this in the hope that I can read it, and I've found the following...
If I send a standard 93C46 read command to it, I can only send 5 address bits before the eeprom starts to respond, so I've made the assumption that the eeprom is a 32-byte device (256 bit, organised as 32x8) and this seems to work - I can read 32 bytes out of it, but that doesn't seem to tie up with the C46 in the name, which would imply a 1024 bit eeprom. Any thoughts? |
