#135216 - The Load is so heavy in this case
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Steve said:

300 degrees in 1/8 seconds is 400 RPM, which isn't very fast. Do you just want to turn the load at constant speed , or position it accurately ?

The project is based on positioning
Assume that i want to use stepper motor,
The Load is so heavy in this case!
So in the torque-speed curve of motor when speed is 2666 pps for a 0.9 degree motor the torque must be at least 37.5 Ncm
i did some try and i reached to this speed with 150 numbers of speed profile look up table (desired acceleration, deceleration and fix speed)
but my load was only 50 gram
If microstepping helps me to solving weight problem i can implement it,And if there is better idea i extremely appreciate it before!
