http://www.logix4u.net/inpout32.htm It explains the same problem faced by you and given its solutuion. Download inpout32.dll(along with simple test & example for C/C++ VB etc) from link. A sample program for C/C++ is given in downloaded material. Its very simple and just small changes are to be made in your program.
