I dont know of a 14x2, but the Nokia 3310 LCD is a 14x6 character and it is a graphics display as well, it is very easy to interface and use, and quite small too. If you requirement is one off then this should do, search using google with the keywords "PCD 8544" or "Nokia 3310 LCD display". Regards, John. |
