actually sir i made a program for alphabets scrolling on led matrix, and i just display only 20 characters successfully, beacuse of i have 256 bytes of ram and beyond that i cant access, i want to display 50 character and scroll it so for that i need a extra ram for that so i just declare xdata unsigned char xdata Rx_dis_buffer[BUFF_SIZE2, as a global and it direcly access external RAM ??? i dont know about that, so please tell me that like in programming ale pin , write , and read pind should be high and low through software or just only connection of these with 8051 and ram,...
