In the MCS-51 books explain that memory allocation was 64Kbytes?

You need to read it more carefully!

The 8051 has several distinct memory address ranges - the two 64K ranges are CODE and XDATA.

something like 24C64 or 27C64 chip should enough for program/data memory

See above CODE is program memory - 64K;
XDATA is a distinct 64K address space.

As far as the 8051 is concerned, there is no such thing as "program/data memory".

How to upgrate such thing?? is possible for 24C512 or 27512 chip?

What do you mean?

  • You want to fit a 128K-byte chip, but only use 64K bytes of it?

  • You want to be able to actually use >64K bytes

  • Or what?

    You might want to try looking-up "Banking"...

    You should also ask yourself why you want to go beyond the architecture's design limits? Why not just choose a processor that meets your requirements directly?
    (you may have good reason, in which case you should explain it so that people can give appropriate answers).
