#126483 - This does raise a point. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
which has been pointed out to me and which I will add to the faq that the models which one can download from not so much opencores but other places on the web, they usualy need tweaking to a greater or lesser extent before they will work, often with free cores you are very much on your own when it comes to debugging any problems. Some are not complete and some are just so badly written to be not worth while bothering with.opencores in my experiance tends to be better in that there is usualy documentation and they have usualy been tested on real hardware. |
