It should be with the SDCC site since SPLINT will work with many or all? C complilers. But I really don't think the SDCC group is going to do it anytime soon. Also with SDCC being compatible with other uC and settings (I think would be different for other uC), the common link would be here. The fact that Jez offered it up makes him the likely candidate. He can post it either place as far as I'm concerned.
