they must know that someone else is going to start making exactly the same product at half the price and there is no way that they could protect their investment.
and the winner is ... the one that can scare the other one off with the cost of a lawsuit. sad, but true. This works very well in cases where the product is so that no more than one "big guy" will be interested Erik |
