PNP silicon AF then asks what the AF stands for.
In this context it used to mean that the manufacturer wanted to target the device at the audio end of the use spectum. Often this was done to increase volume as data books were sorted by type. You looked at the section containing the type you needed and selected from the available numbers for best characteristic match. Terry |
