Interestingly, I did not know that this is repackaged BC327 - in the prototype (protoboard) I used BC327, actually! So, if I understand it right, the fT is not measured so that the frequency is changed until the gain gets 1, rather, the gain is measured at some suitable frequency (100MHz), and if it is 2, fT is said to be 2*100=200MHz?
