#120937 - Do you really mean Ethernet, or just TCP/IP?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Ethernet is a specific hardware interface, and associated low-level protocols.

TCP & IP are higher-level protocols that can be transported over a variety of physical link types - one of which is Ethernet.

So, do you specifically need an Ethernet monitor, or are you actually just interested in TCP/IP?

(the utilities I mentioned early work at the TCP/IP level, rather than specifically Ethernet).
