#120884 - Reistor in series in signal from Amp to ADC. |
Dear Forum members,
I have seen [ & designed ] several designs where we use a resistor [ ex. 10k ] in between amp output and adc/micro input. There are many appnotes and designs that directly connect amp output to adc/micro. Whats the use of this resistor?? One use is as RC filter if a small cap is attached at adc input. What other benefits of using this resistor?? What things can go wrong if this resistor not used?? Thanks & Regards, Prahlad Purohit |
