I've used this one quite a bit, yet have never found a problem with its instruction set. It's essentially the same instruction set as the 6801 that I used in 1980, with some extensions for the added IY register. I, frankly, find it convenient and comfortable that the MOT people used the same basic instruction set from 1975 to the present, unlike our friends at Intel, et. al.
