Thin film ("metal film") resistors generally show higher stability than thick film resistors. This, however, would make very little difference in this application. So you basically have free choice.
The Welwyn LR Series (available from Farnell) are very good. But if you're adverse to SMD, you could use the Phoenix PR01 Series and parallel two 1Ω devices. Regards, Rob. |
