You can still get fast versions of these as the 74F219A.
As for 2k byte SRAMS the venerable 6116 which was remarkable until the small period of time where 4k byte psuedo-statics and then those humongous 8k byte parts. I do think the jump from 8k to 32k was just to see if we were watching and counting. Once it was clear at least one fellow noticed the jump in depth they moved to 128k just to add insult to injury. regards, p |
