#116490 - how does a BTS know about it? |
I have noted that when mobile is out of network range, if somebody calls that mobile, message like "the subscriber is out of the range" can be given by the mobile operators. and if mobile is switched off, message like "mobile is switched off" can be given. since mobile being switched-off is electrically similar to being mobile out-of-network-coverage, how does the BTS does the mobile is in the state in which it is? |
