My Bruvver had a broadband connection installed last year which was supposed to give him 2 Mbits/sec but he never got anything like that and when he complained he was told that it was because of the distance of his house from the exchange.So instead of saying to him that he wouldn't get a good service before they installed the service they let him pay for it and then waited until he complained. |
