And not a commercial project either, surely? Definitely not =) Just a hobby project. I may, after the fact, get some study credits from it, but it's not an assignment. Trying out weird things is just my way of trying to learn things. The best (or well, worst) I've found so far is 128x64, but even that feels a bit too high-res, and I don't know about the refresh speeds. It may be that I'm looking for something that doesn't exist, or at least isn't cheap. Maybe I should consider some 16x4 character text displays; if they have configurable character sets, that could be possibly used as a very low res graphics screen. Maybe. |
