I2C-Connected UART?
why not a sub $1 LPC with HW IIC and UART? I just love that approach because all protocol handling etc is taken care of before the main processor is "bothered". I have not dony any pricing very recently, but last I checked a useable LPC was less that a HW "interface converter" If 5V is the issue, use an OTP LPC7 Erik |
