Have you ever tried to do something from a disassmbly of C? If you use C and optimize the crap out, a disassembly becomes worthless to snyone (with th possible exception of e.g. a lookup table). Anyhow, in my opinion, the ONLY case where object code theft has any value is if you copy the hardware as well. Thus if you worry about someone making a carbon copy of your project make the hardware tough to copy. Erik |
